Shipping & returns
What if it doesn’t work for me?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the day you receive your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in resale condition, with tags and original packaging. Please email support@getzendim.com with a photo of the item for approval before sending anything back.
EU customers: Orders shipped into the EU include a 14-day cooling-off period—you may cancel/return for any reason, with the same “unused/original packaging” condition.
How do I start a return or exchange? Who pays return shipping?
Email support@getzendim.com to request approval. Returns without prior approval aren’t accepted.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Send the item to the address our team provides.
- After inspection, approved returns are refunded.
- Exchanges: return the original item following the steps above; once approved, place a new order for the item you want.
My item arrived damaged/defective or I got the wrong item—what now?
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact support@getzendim.com immediately or within 5 days with photos/videos. We’ll resolve it quickly (replacement, fix, or other solution).
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If you haven’t seen the refund after 15 business days, email support@getzendim.com and we’ll help.
How fast is shipping? Can I cancel my order?
We typically ship within 24 hours of payment. Average worldwide delivery is 6–10 business days. During sales, add up to 5 extra days.
Order cancellation: once an order is placed, cancellation isn’t possible due to automated processing. You can use our return policy after delivery.
How do I track my order? Will I pay customs?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking (international orders include a dedicated tracking link).
Customs/taxes: any duties or import taxes are paid by the customer and depend on your country’s regulations.
